"Living Proof"  by Clebe McClary

Can a young Marine shattered by the weaponry of modern warare, rebound and turn personal defeat into personal victory?   Lt. Clebe McClary recounts the courageous story of how he rebuilt his devastated life.   During his tour of duty in Vietnam, he suffered the loss of his left eye, his left arm and subsequently underwent 34 operations to retain usage of the remainder of his body.   Today Clebe McClary is in the service of the Lord's Army.   His life shows that he genuinely embodies the vow he took when entering the Marines: Any mission assigned will be accomplished in a superior mannor, no matter what the obstacles.   Clebe is what he likes to call a complete Marine.                                                To him, USMC will always mean a U.S. Marine for Christ.

Billy: The Early Years

Billy - The Early Years paints its portrait of Graham against the backdrop of his relationship with Charles Templeton, another gifted young preacher whose faith would not withstand the onslaught of modern scientific skepticism.   Templeton comes to personify the rising tide of disbelief into which Graham launched his crusades.   Filmed in Tennesee, the film captures the feel of the Depression-era tent revival where Graham heeded the altar call, and follows him through the doubt and resolution of the next decade.   The movie's power lays in its honest portrayal of Billy's struggle with the ideas represented in Templeton's eventual unbelief and shows how Billy's faith goes on to help change the face of modern evangelism.
